Dual Flux Technology™ at Vehicle Electrification Expo 2026
Talos Technology exhibited at Vehicle Electrification Expo 2026 at the NEC Birmingham, showcasing how Dual Flux Technology™ improves efficiency and continuous torque density while reducing reliance on rare earth materials.

Talos Technology exhibited at the Vehicle Electrification Expo 2026, held at the NEC Birmingham. Over two days, our team had the opportunity to demonstrate how Dual Flux Technology™ is addressing some of the industry's biggest challenges, from improving efficiency and continuous torque density to reducing reliance on rare earth materials without compromising performance.
Meaningful conversations across the industry
One of the highlights of the exhibition was the quality of the conversations taking place at our stand. Visitors from a wide range of industries shared their current engineering challenges, discussed future electrification projects and explored where innovative motor technologies can deliver real value.
These discussions reinforced what we're seeing across the market. Manufacturers are looking beyond conventional solutions and are actively seeking technologies that offer greater efficiency, improved reliability and increased design flexibility as electrification continues to evolve.
Showcasing Dual Flux Technology™
Throughout the event, visitors had the opportunity to learn more about the engineering principles behind Dual Flux Technology™, Talos Technology's proprietary motor architecture that combines the strengths of electrically excited synchronous motors (EESM) and permanent magnet technology within a single intelligent solution.
By creating two magnetic flux paths inside one motor architecture, Dual Flux Technology™ offers manufacturers a new approach to balancing performance, efficiency and material optimisation across a wide range of applications.
Our team discussed how the technology can help deliver:
• Higher continuous torque density
• Improved efficiency across varying operating conditions
• Enhanced fault tolerance
• Reduced dependence on rare earth magnets
• Greater flexibility for future electrified platforms
The strong level of interest from visitors highlighted the growing demand for technologies that can support the next generation of electric mobility.
Electric bike on display

Alongside our technology showcase, visitors also had the opportunity to see an electric off-road motorcycle incorporating Dual Flux Technology™, providing a practical demonstration of how the technology can be applied in real-world mobility applications.
The bike generated significant interest throughout the exhibition and created a great opportunity to discuss the versatility of the technology across multiple vehicle sectors.
Congratulations to our giveaway winner

To celebrate the event, we also ran a competition to win a LEGO® Ducati Panigale V4 S model.
Thank you to everyone who entered and visited our stand. Congratulations to our lucky winner, and we hope you enjoy building it.
Looking ahead
Vehicle Electrification Expo 2026 was a fantastic opportunity to strengthen existing relationships, establish new connections and exchange ideas with some of the brightest minds across the electrification industry.
We would like to thank everyone who visited our stand, our partners at Relyence UK, and the event organisers for making the exhibition such a success.
If we didn't have the opportunity to meet during the event, or if you would like to learn more about Dual Flux Technology™ and how it could support your next electrification project, we'd be delighted to continue the conversation.
